Feeling a little detox effects, just a little

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

So yesterday was my first time of OPing. UNfourtunatly I slept in today, which is not good, plus I had TOO MUCH SUGAR for New Year's. Anyway, gotta OP after this so... I woke up this morning with a sore throat and indegestion. Do those count as detox effects? I don't know, but I would think so... Gotta research whether or not this is possible.

For me, the best time to OP is when I am on the computer, sitting down for preferably a long time. Now would be perfect, but I need to pray and meditate with the family, so...
Anyway, today will be my first time at OPing for a full day, as in OPing three times during the day.

I still need a face regime for the New Year, gotta look into that one...
