Day 4 gone well!

Has been wonderful, the pain in my neck is nonexistent. No hunger, nothing. Was very active today and felt well through it all. Did shopping, and ran errands, visited a good friend, and even sat and watched her eat one of my favorite candies! No temptation at all.

My weight today was 171.4
