Today my wife and I went to take food and ice to members of her family that have been without electricity since the storm hit. They had access to food, but in their part of town, the stores were out of certain items such as milk, bread and ice.

Things in our part of town are nearly back to normal for everyone. School starts monday for the kids in our area. But in most parts of the city, power will not be restored until next tuesday or later.

My wife and I plan plan to get back on to the bandwagon tomorrow. My wife has maintained her weight around 116 lbs. My weight has ranged between 203-205 lbs the past week. I plan to start a water fast tomorrow.
