Gaining muscle mass, but still losing inches.

a.m. weight 205

food intake
3 eggs, bacon and 2 whole wheat pancakes w/blueberries
suishi, salad, and soup, green tea
3 ozs. of lean turkey
100 grams protein shakes

exercise
20 minutes in dry sauna
1 hour 15 minutes of weight lifting; legs, chest, arms, lats.

Although I am going up in weight, my waist is still 38.5 and my stomach area is 39 7/8 so I am losing inches but gaining muscle. I plan to cut my carbs the next 5 days and consume 200 grams of protein on my next weight lifting day which will be Thursday.

On the days I am not lifting, I plan to juice when feeling weak or tired. I will try to limit my calories to less than 800 on non-weight lifting days.
