After eating flush day meal, delayed ES/Oil until the next day preceeded by cleansing enemas/SWFs. Post ES/Oil eliminations, with SWF follow-up, were virtually clear.

I have, so far done a dozen or so coffee enemas. After the first one I eliminated a lot. My first question was, was this due to the enema itself or from the effect of the coffee? To answer that question I evolved my coffee protocol to precede it with a complete cleansing of Salt water enemas and salt water flushes, so that I was running virtually clear before taking the coffee. Quite surprisingly, the after effect of the coffee was to eliminate a lot of additional matter. Don’t know what it is or where it comes from, but it certainly wasn’t coming out with the pre-cleanse.

So, I wanted to apply this to the liver flush.
I ate my normal flush day meal; the purpose is to build up un-released bile. But I waited until the next day for the ES and oil. Theoretically the bile shouldn’t go anywhere. Had morning BM and proceeded to cleanse with salt water enema and SWF’s. What surprised me, here, was that my eliminations were very dark yellow, indicative of a bile dump. Hmmm.

By early afternoon, I was back to virtually clear, though slightly murky, little, if any sedimentation.

Took the ES at 3:45pm. Second dose at 5:30pm. Oil/OJ at 7pm. Laid down right side, knees up for 25 minutes. Back for 20 minutes. Got up to resume normal activity.

9:00pm drank a quart of water. Over the next couple of hours had watery eliminations. I believe that was still the effect of the ES pulling water out of my system – not directly flushing anything through.

Theoretically, any “stones” or debris would be expelled within that first hour, so that it would be in the upper intestinal tract. At 11:30 pm, did a salt water flush. If there were anything there, that would have washed it through.

Nothing came out. No physical material. Not even an oily discharge. Just watery elimination. For the pro-flush and anti-flush proponents, for “soap stones” and "liver stone” factions, there is nothing here to support or refute arguments from either side.

Any speculation from both sides is encouraged.
