Weight 207.4
I am up 6 pounds since my low on Monday, but that o.k. Today I ate some beans,
rice, plantains and some lean beef. The beef was less than three ozs. In the evening
I ate a spinach salad and drank some kombucha tea. The tea was my first attempt at
home brewing and it turned out really well. It tasted much better than the tea you
buy at the health food stores.
My wife and I decided to take a break today from the gym. Will go tomorrow in the
morning.

Weight, 211
I have been gaining weight quickly, 3-4 pounds a day. Because I had only been
juicing creating an extreme calorie deficiency, the body had adjusted and began to
immediately store all the calories I consumed. Because some of the food had salt, I
also retained a majority of the liquids I consumed. My wife and I went to the gym
today and did one hour in the sauna and did weights. One the guys that is obviously
a body builder and trainer walk over to my wife and I and gave us a tip. He said
instead of doing low reps with heavy weight, he said we should chose 5-6 excercises
and do low weights, 30-50 reps rotating each exercise without much rest in order to
keep our cardio up. When I came home, I made spinach salad. I also ate some
sardines late at night before bed so my muscles could use the protein to repair.

Weight, 214
I must say I was in shock when I saw my weight this morning. I was back up to 214
one week after being 201 last Sunday. I decided to go to the gym and do an extreme
work out. I ended doing 2 hours in the sauna and 1.5 hours of cardio. When I came
home, I drank some isopure and took a two hour nap. Later that evening around 9,
my wife and I went back to the gym and did a 2 hour work out. I did 1 hour of sauna
and 45 minutes in the pool. By the end of the day my weight had dropped to 210.4
lbs. For dinner, I made another spinach salad.

Weight 211.8
We did some house work today. My wife went to some gargage sales. I was wipe out
from yesterday's extreme work out. Today was weight lifting day so I wanted to be
fueled up for the workout. I ate 3 egg and soyizo tacos and a blueberry/strawberry
drink. Before the workout, we went grocery shopping. I ate some grapes,
watermelon, porkloin, and suishi while we shopped. It wasn't more than 500
calories.
We did 45 minutes of circuit weight training and 40 minutes in the sauna. After the
workout, we drank an isopure. I then made the kids some pizza. I had four pieces of
pizza, a large salad. At about 11:00, I had two bowls of sugar smacks. They tasted
soo good.

Weight 211.4
Although I have been eating, my weight has seemed to have settled in the 210-211
lbs. range. I hoping it would have settled in the 206-208 range, but that has not
been the case. I believe some the weight as been muscle because I measured my
arms and they are one half in larger than last week. Another positive sign is my
waist and gut are smaller than last week by .5 inch even thought I am 9 lbs
heavier. It tells me I am still losing fat, and gaining muscle.
Today I ate some oatmeal/banana for breakfast, a wheat tortilla, ham and cheese for
lunch. For dinner I ate a turkey burger on wheat, with lettuce, grilled onion and
bacon.
