day 23

Still doing well. Used the zapper three times, and the last time only took 11 hours to pass through. Weight is about 142. My face looks pretty crappy but its no big deal. No matter how much coconut oil I put on it is still quite dry and flaky. As far as energy goes, still feel great. Ive been jogging lightly everyday, doing yoga, and skateboarding most days as well so there has been no impact on my energy whatsoever. I decided not to try 40 days and just stick to 30. I just got a greenstar juicer so I will be able to make some good juices when I come off the fast. well thats all for today.
