A banana is definitely the best breakfast! I'm exhausted physically, but mentally I feel so great after enjoying that 3/4 of a Fair Trade Banana!

I've also eaten two apples, a tomato, and about a cup and a half of peanuts, and had three bottles of water. And today I feel much better than so far after the fast. Things haven't exactly gone my way on several occasions, but I've managed to keep my cool remarkably. I also had a bowel movement naturally, which was great!

A friend commented on my weight loss yesterday, which was flattering, but right now I don't feel it. The bulge is bothering me, and I feel I've eaten way too much peanuts, also when I'm not hungry. I was just about to have a second tomato just because I felt like I haven't put anything in my mouth in a long time, but then I realised I'm not hungry, and I definitely shouldn't have it.
Ohh drag! Listening to my body getting full is still tricky, the feeling isn't so clear, and I find I'm lacking concentration in regards to the matter. Hmm. What to do, what to do. Maybe I should get some serious exercise? Would the nuts provide any extra energy to go about that? I still feel my muscles cry when climbing a lot of stairs at once.

Yesterday I got a letter from the University of Helsinki - that's where I had my first set of entry exams for translation studies - and I didn't make it. Expected.

I called my landlord, and they agreed for me to pay two months' rent in one go when I get paid late next month. Very nice of them. Until that, I'll have to survive with the little of money I received from my previous employer (it surely wasn't much!), the €50 I got from my books and CDs so far, and need to keep on collecting bottles (maybe from the festival, too, if we've got any spare room in the car and the van, where our backpacks will be transfered). That would be heaps useful, I'm going to take some huge garbage sacks with me... Fingers crossed! One full garbage bag by itself is eeeeeeasily worth more than €50!
