day 4 of the internal cleanse, am feeling great!

Hi everyone,

Yesterday was good, had only had 2 visits to the loo by tea time though so took 2 digestive stimulators....BIG mistake!! Back to 1 today!!!

Skin seems to be starting to clear up a little, mouth is still just as sore, kidneys are feeling better.

Plenty of colon plaque coming out, I honestly feel on top of the world, bright eyed and bushy tailed, I hope I carry on feeling this way forever, because I feel great!

The juice only idea didnt work, I was huuuuuuungry last night so had a salad with a roast potato, nothing on it, oh how I enjoyed every single mouthful!

Have also discovered a positive side to the vile tasting liquids you have to take....by the time you've had them 3 times a day, the toxin absorber tastes quite nice haha!!

Was finding it really hard to drink as much water as they want you to at the beginning but yesterday I drank it all and opened another bottle so am pleased with that as it will only help things.

Thats it for today, its all good, at this point I would recommend it to everyone as long as you have a strong stomach!!
