The first day is always the longest!

Well I survived day #1. The days seem so much longer when you aren't spending time shopping, cooking, cleaning up or going out to eat.

I drank about 2 litres of distilled water along with 4 oz of goji juice.

I have a headache - probably caused by sugar/caffeine withdrawal.

I am excited to begin this process of rejuvenation. I am aware that I have challenging 3 mos ahead of me - also aware that my own actions put me in this state if dis-ease.

I am confident that this fast will help me make some positive changes in my thoughts and actions.
