Continuing variations of the Coffee Enema on a day of intense cleansing

Sunday – Brewed a glass of clove tea from ½ tbsp of ground clove. It’s said to increase bile flow as well as kill parasite eggs. Drank this a few hours before the coffee enema. Prior to the coffee did my ususal SW enema and SWF. May have possibly seen a fluke (tomato skin). It might have been just a tomato skin since I ate that the night before, but it was totally in isolation and had the same look of other fluke manifestations. The coffee was 4 tbsp ground + 1 tbsp Epson salts.

Coffee enema was 1 quart – 5 minutes left, back, right. Can’t tell if anything occurred during retention. It was raining so hard, that’s all I could hear.

Monday – No special additions, before during or after. Just the coffee. Brewed 5 tbsp in 20 oz of water. ONLY poured off 16 oz , then diluted to 1 quart. Reason being when pouring off the coffee, that last bid of solution always adds that really fine sediment. This way, I avoid the sediment without straining and still get my 4 tbsp equivalent.

Several minutes in, heard and felt a significant squirt – upper left abdomen.

Both nights the initial release did have thin muscousy strands. Hard to see, though, in the coffee darkened water. Subsequent follow-up eliminations, like the others – sort of sinking, sometimes mucousy sedimentation.

So far, no matter how I am combining the coffee, the end results are all similar. Something from somewhere, but no stones or debris of the type seen with the oil based liver flush.
