A Day of Internal Cleansing – SW Enemas/SWF/Coffee Enemas. by msteve666 .....

An Intense and thorough Day of Internal Cleansing using Saline Enemas, SWF, Coffee Enemas.

Where to start.

I’m up to the point where I do liver flushes every 2-3 weeks, SWFs weekly – sometimes preceded and/or followed by salt water enemas. I’ve tried 3 coffee enemas, first with 1 tbsp/quart, then w/ 2 tbsp/quart, then 3 tbsp/quart. Never got much of an effect out of any of the coffee enemas, so for this I went to 4 tbsp in a quart.

You certainly need an entire day to devote to this.

So, I ate on Saturday and fasted on Sunday. Surprisingly I didn’t have a BM on Sunday, so I just kept drinking a lot of water. Monday morning I did have a BM. I never use an enema or SWF to induce a BM. I only use them as a follow-up “rinse”.

So Monday morning after my BM, I drank a couple of glasses of water and did an enema. Got out a lot of residual solids, and very murky, muddy looking eliminations. Followed an hour later with another one and after a half hour from the second, the water was still getting a little sedimentation and relatively clear, though lightly brownish yellowish water. Drank a couple more glasses of water.

An hour after that drank my first quart of salt water. 45 minutes after that my second quart. An hour after that, a couple of glasses of fresh water. The end result of this period, my eliminations were virtually clear – slightly yellowish with no sedimentation.

NEXT: Coffee Enema.
Prepared a quart of coffee from 4 level tbsp organic coffee in a total of 1 quart of water.
I boiled a cup and half of filtered water in a 2 cup pyrex measuring cup in the microwave, then added the 4 tbsp and let it sit for 10 minutes. Strained it off added another cup of boiled water and let it sit. Drained it out added another ¾ cups of water and put in in the microwave til boiling (gotta watch it or will boil over), let it sit, drained it and it did it one more time. By the time I was done the coffee was very light, so I pretty much got most of it.

So I had my 1 quart of filtered coffee – no grounds or sedimentation. That’s important to note.

I checked the tempeature of the water using a standard oral fever thermometer. When I was below 110, I was ready to go.

NOW, to repeat what I said before, after my salt water enemas and flushes, my elimination were clear and sediment free. The coffee solution was sediment free.

I had no problem taking in a quart of coffee, or of holding it for 20 minutes. During this time there were a couple of urges to release, but a little tensing to hold and that passed within about 20 seconds.

So, after about 2 minutes, I started to hear and feel all sorts of grumbling and squirting – totally surprised me. Was on my back and on each each side and each time I switched positions the grumbling and squrting sounds would increase. – Pretty cool.

So, the twenty minutes went quickly and I released. What came out, in addition to the dark coffee water was a lot of debris sedimentation. Nothing that floated, but never-the-less it had to come from somewhere (the liver?) and I would again emphasize that my GI tract was CLEAR from top to bottom before I started. Next step: more SWFs.

Drank another 2 quarts of salt water spaced about 45 minutes. Took over 2 hours before anything came out this time. The picture below was that elimination. It might be hard to see through the coffee colored water, but there is still a lot of sedimentation at the bottom. Started all of this about 8am. This was at 6pm.

I should note at this point that some people have posted about feeling jittery or having more energy of some other manifestation from doing coffee enemas. I feel none of that – nothing more than liquid in, liquid out – don’t feel any different; just the visual of the sedimentation that wasn’t there prior to it..

Another interesting thing to note. I monitor my blood sugar. All day it was reading about 100. After the coffee it was up about 20 points. The liver does store glycogen. Theoretically, I suppose, a forced released by the liver from the coffee enema could have also included a glycogen release, temporarily raising my blood sugar.

At about 6:30, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do next. My intent was to again run clear as before I started the coffee enema. At this point I decided to drink a couple more of glasses water with a packet of EmergenC. Get my electrolytes up, keep my hydration up.

6:45 Another elimination - a lot clearer. Still some sedimentation – better visibility on the photo

7:05 pm – Had considered one more SWF, but given the clarity of the last elimination, decided to opt instead for one more SW enema…. Not quite yet, though.

7:25pm another elimanation – more clear, minimal sedimentation.

Did the last enema at 7:45pm. The initial relaeases, in the first five minutes were, as expected, virtually clear water.

8pm – Just checked my blood sugar again. Whoa. 140’s. Checked it twice.
At this point I was going to eat something. Just some fruit or yogurt. But with that elevated sugar reading. Instead I am just going to drink several glasses of water over the few hours and see if goes back down. Though, I;ve read it doesn’t work that way. We’ll see.

8:10pm. Another elimination. Virtually clear – slight brownish yellowish tinge, just a hint of sedimentation.

8:45pm Another elimination. Still virtually clear, but actually a little more sedimentation. Some suspended at various levels in the water.

9:10pm Blood sugar 138

Note on Blood Pressure. A lot of salt water during the day. My normal blood pressure is slightly elevated and can fluctuate 10-15 points in a short period. On the high side 130’s/90’s on the low side near normal sometimes lower. The highest during this period wasn’t much more than that - 136/93, but a little deep breathing and meditative visualization and it drops almost immediately – low 120’s/80’s. For me the BP was a non-issue.

10:30 Blood Sugar 125

I will leave it at that.

At this point I will take something. A fruit smoothie – a banana, orange, grapes, apples and throw in a yogurt – in the blender. And, I’ll snack on some walnuts and almonds a little later. That’s my day. Not tired. Not wiped out. Even did some light workout earlier in the evening.
