Day 2

Day two wasn't as bad as day one, but I still had to sit and watch mike (the guy I work with) eat lunch. Today is the begining of day three, and when I weighed this morning Iwas 272 lbs, a total loss of 9 lbs in 2 days. I'm making all of my own juice, and drinking about 4-5 cups of juice plus water every day. My energy is great .
