How it all began. If I could only go back in time, to the time before I got sick...

It has been a long winter of being sick and struggling to find out the cause behind my health problems that started rather suddenly. I felt well most of the summer and had been doing an eating plan or "diet" of healthy foods and lost some weight. Then in Novemember my son came down with the stomach flue. A few days later my stomach began hurting and I naturally assumed I was getting it too.
