Day one of my continued

I did an enema and that helped alot! When I fasted the first time on juice I did it without enemas and know that if I had I would have gone longer. My energy is up at the moment and I feel pretty good. An hour ago I wanted to crack so I knew I needed to get rid of some toxins.
