A summary and weigh in of Day 14.

Day 14: 160.9lbs.
Walking my 3 miles today was extra hard. I just had no energy at all. I walked with my pregnant sister and she was beating me by miles! Everything was sluggish and slow.
I did about 3-4 miles today, pilates, abs, and girly pushups.
But... I had 1 1/2 servings of peanut butter, a cadbury creme egg (minus the creme) and a few scoops of ice cream along with my tea. I don't really know what I was doing, that's a whole lot of sugar I just consumed. I feel like I should just go back to juicing. We'll see how this affects my weight tomorrow.
I took a three hour nap because I was just DRAINED.
Starting Weight: 174.6lbs.
Week 1 Weight: 166.3lbs.
Week 2 Weight: 160.9lbs.
