roller coaster ride of a day

today i woke up feeling exhausted and really wanted to lay in bed all day. i took the kids to school came home had a nap got up had a shower and took myself off to work. i really didnt want to go but thought i would go in see if much was going on and the go from there. i picked up my orange juice on the way in. jamba juice squeezes it fresh infront of you cant beat it! i got to work and slowy started to feel much better. after a few cups of hot water i lifted to a really high energy level where i felt like i could run a marathon. really high! i was thinking oh my god i feel great i am going onto 30 days easy this is fantastic. this lasted for about 1 hour then i came crashing down again. right now i sit here with a headach neck ache back ache and just generally want to crawl back into bed. not sure what this is i cant remember going from extremes last fast. but it is the first day of my cycle so maybe that is just really taking its toll on me.
i ran 4 miles last night which felt great and added in some sit ups and push ups. i will probably just run 3 tonight due to feeling so unwell. hoepfully tomorrow will be better.
i feel lighter and my pants are not tight around my waiste that is a good thing.
drinking one juice a day and herbal tea, hot water and mc lemonade. the combination seems to be really working but may need to add in more juice everynow and then. hunger and attraction to food has pretty much disappeared. i think to myself if i could eat anything in the world right now what would it be and honestly right now it would be some lovely fruit juice in a lovely glass with ice cubes in the bottom. something that definately has mango in it! so this is much better than the hot crab dip and tortilla chips that has been haunting me for about a month now!
