Day 5

Ok so i woke up hungry but feeling good, had my lemon water then a nice glass of cold water. Later on i had a glass or 2 of sugar waters its not 2.00pm feeling alright.
I was hoping the hunger would be gone by now but we shell see.
I going to town but only bringing what money i need for buses etc...
I have not really been tempted so thats good.
Lost 1 stone now in 5 days and everyone inc me can really tell.
Weight = 14.1 stone
My aim overall not just during but after is about 13 stone and keep around it there.
Because i know when i start eating again i will gain a bit back, so i mean if i can do 10 days with no food im sure i can say no to fatty foods and the less fat you eat the less fat you gain right?
