Ok im 6,2 in height weight in at 15.1 stone (think rugby player's build) and 18 years old. I dont eat very healthly and have been off work for a while. Bit of good news because i have just been offered a full time, well paid job thats a 20 min bike ride away, i start next monday so that gives me just enough time to finish my 10 day fast with out it really effecting work.

Start Date: Friday 5th October 2007.

Finish Date: Monday 14th October 2007.

Im doing this in order to

1. Clean me on the inside
2. Loose some weight
3. Show to myself and everyone i have the will power to do it.
