day 6 was amazing I had so much energy I didn't know what to do with myself. day 5 I made a huge mistake and had some commercial juice that I thought was pretty healthy. I was so hungry the rest of the day,I would never make that mistake again. Other then day 5 I have stuck to water and the juice of one fresh grapefruit a day the first 4 days. I am amazed at how easy this is and that I have lost 11 lbs in 7 day. I have streched it to 50 days cause that is how much i want to loose right now I will reevaluate when I get to 50. I can feel the difference in my clothes and the best part is that the stomach is going first wich makes such a huge difference in how I see myself. I feel so clean and hollow no bloat or fibro and my self image is raising fast. I wish I would have done this long ago.
