Getting just a little hungry...wanting the kids' mac 'n' cheese. I made lunch for my fiancee today with no problem, but the evening food smells seem to hit me harder. It's more the social aspect of food that I miss though. Restaurants, the warm and cozy priviledge of having whatever I want and being served. Kicking back a little wine. Even coffee sounded good today for the first time. Not because I was tired, but because I wanted some.

But then I think how long I've stuck with my program and I'm totally impressed by myself. And THAT is enough to keep me going.

I had some stomach gas today...burped and was fine. 8 pounds down. Pretty much smooth sailing. Not much to report. But no spiritual break-throughs or big steps forward in energy and focus. Same old same old since about day 4.

SWF goes down easier and easier. I can almost do it in two long swigs now. Lax tea, I think the cramping is getting worse each night. My stomach is totally flat, though.
