I see beauty in all I behold,
everyday as I get older I feel I'm told,
my life lies and yours like a dove a driftin'
in the skyway high on love.
And I feel that I must tell you
that I plan on moving on
Even though you make me want to stay,
I've never meant to hurt you and I wouldn't even now,
I love you far too much in every way.
I feel joy in the traveling of the land
and I feel warmth in the shaking of your hand
reaching me to places I've never seen and
yearned to lounge in pastures of golden green.

I was thinking of this song
when I invited Twin Soul/Best Friend
to come down here on Monday.
I told her I was not willing to accept
her on her terms, that even if we stayed
apart many months, I would still not
be willing to NOT have her in my life
without her being my Lover.
My original thought was that I would take
Space while she shut down our sex
and made herself available to someone else.
I did not care to be around for this.
She has been here all week.
Last night she clarified that we
was wanting to shut down all the old ties
so she could be open to something new.
We are starting out anew.
We are the new for each other.
She has had major revelations this week.
She is willing to accept her humanness
and feelings that before she was scared to look at.
There is one more poem
rolling round my head,
that I want to write here
before moving on into the work of the day.
She will be leaving today.
I have a very busy weekend and so does she.
For the first time, in many years,
she said she did not want to go today.
She wanted to stay here.
She is feeling some deep feelings.
These are natural feelings whenever
we allow ourselves to truly love.
