It's day 2. And I'm still alive.
Journal of a master cleanse dieter
Date: 11/11/2006 1:43:05 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2422 times I started the master cleanse diet yesterday. I was feeling hungry today and decided to surf the web and read more about it, and possibly find some more testimonials from non-celebrities. After reading so much yesterday, I wasn't sure I'd find anything else. Then, BINGO.I ended up here, and I think the blogs of others will be my saving grace.
Thanks to all of you out there who share your experiences, rather good, bad or ugly. I've read a ton.
So, on to my story...
I'm already done with day one, so my advice to anyone on day one currently is just hang in there.
My workout was a bit difficult last night, I must say--after not eating a thing. SO, I cut it short. No need to be crazy.
When I woke up this morning I FELT OKAY. Shocking. But, it's Saturday and I've felt at least twice like I;m not going to make it. But as of of 2:35, I'm still on it. I've had three glasses of lemonade and chugged a bunch of water. Will do the same momentarily.
Tonight will be a different story.
BTW, I have lost about 1.5 pounds.
Words of encouragement, or even shouts about my craziness are all welcome.
