Day 1 - Isn't a quart only 16 ozs??? LOL :)

Well I am drinking the SW as fast as I can, but my goodness, nothing can prepare you for that taste. I hope it does not present a problem, but the only way for it to stay down is if a chase it with a regular water sip right after each chug.
It is crazy what the brain will come up with but last night I was fully aware that 1 quart equals 32 ounces. This morning after my first chug of the SW, I started to question this. I was like isn't it only 16 ounces?? I am sure it is just 16 ounces...LOL :)
Well it is down, I had to brush my teeth tho so that it stays down.
I woke up this morning feeling really good, but now I have a really bad headache... I could feel it starting about half way through the SW chug?
