30 Day Juice Fast

I need help with the juice fast.

I want to do the 30 day juice fast. Actually 28 days cause I only have 28 days until my trip. Anyway, I do not know what kind of juice to drink or how to mix. Is there a book I can read about this? Can I buy the juice already prepared at a store? Please let me know I need to start tomorrow morning.
