Why I'm on the cleanse and how the first 3 days went.

Started my fist master cleanse the 1st of the month. Mainly I have had lots of issues with losing weight and am hoping that cleaning out my body will help me in the future with losing weight. Also I quit smoking a week before starting this and the thought of years of smoking and all those poisens and toxins building up...... well it scares me~! I have also had issues for years with depression and lately my mood swings have been out of control, also very sluggies and tired lately for no reason. So here's to a new healthier happier me! Day 1 was great, not so bad!
Day 2 was alittle harder, I have 3 kids, 2 are home with me all day and 1 in school. Making 3 meals a day for the kids was pure torture that day.
Day 3 started off AWFUL I woke up shaky, sweats, weak. Then that evening my legs HURT so bad I wanted to cry. I NEED TO GET THESE TOXINS OUT!!!!
