Day 1 of my liquid fast

Its 21:23 here, and I survived day 1 of my liquid fast.

I'll only be consuming water, tea, 0calorie drinks until I reach my GW of 135.


Unlike most people who post and never come back after 'day 1', I'll keep posting up my success and weight on a daily basis. Starting from tomorrow morning so keep checking up
