Day 4

Yesterday was day 4. I got a really late start since my son stayed up 'til 12am the previous night! We woke up at 9am. Then I met some friends at In-N-Out Burger(they picked it) so I had some fries, and missed a set of herbs by being out too long. I'm not beatin' myself up over it though. I had fun, and I've got plently of time with this cleanse to make up for it.

I had fun, and I've got plently of time with this cleanse to make up for it.
I upped my Chomper intake to 4 capsules each time I take them. I'm just not pooping as much as I should. I know I had the same problem last time I did this cleanse. And last time I did the same thing, although, I remember that I upped it to 5 Chompers for a day of so on the last cleanse and ended up with diarhea. So, I wont do that again. Also, I'll be doing an enema sometime today, 'cause I want to get this stuff moving out of me!!!
