10-4 to 10-8
haven't been near the computer for days

10-4 Wed. Did pretty well all day, sipped orange and cranberry juice all day. Drank a pot of tea before bed. Slept soundly.
10-5 Thurs. Woke up early, very refreshed. Again, orange and cranberry juice. Had a blistering headache that sent me to bed about 7:30. Eyes sensitive to light. Took two aspirin. Craving salt, drank some organic chicken broth with extra sea salt.
10-6 Fri. Again, up early with lots of energy. Drank purple roots and fruits juice. Love beet. Worked all morning, went home for a catnap. Worked all evening at the tradeshow. Went directly to bed about 9:30pm.
10-7 Sat. Could hardly get up, over slept. Apparently 9:30 was just too late. Sipped on pomegranate juice throughout the morning. Went home for a two hour break, had more chicken broth, orange juice, and a 20 minute lie down. Worked until early evening, just drank a couple bottles of water. Went home, had a pot of tea and a good book, with a moderate early to bed time close to 9pm.
10-8 Sun. Again, could hardly get up. Had a lie in, had tea and orange juice. Went and worked for several hours before tearing down the display booth. Went home for cranberry juice and tea with milk. Went to sleep pretty early.
