Day 2 - I'm done

Incredible pain... not worth it (for me, at least)

Ok, seriously, what a DRASTIC change from Day 1. Day 2 was seriously the worst day ever. I feel like my intestines came out of my body today. I woke up and had my normal 4-cup SWF drink, and seriously, within seconds, I felt like I wanted to pass out. My stomach was cramping and hurting to the unbearable degree. I laid in bed in the fetal position for about 3 hours.. and went to the bathroom like 5 times... but I was a trooper and kept drinking the lemonade/cayenne mixture. Finally, sometime tonight, I gave in and ate real food. The stomach cramping and pain was ridiculously unbearable. And since consuming food, I've gone to the bathroom like 10 times in the last 2 hours. I seriously think my intestinal lining came out of me. Gross!!!!

You know, the Master Cleanse might be a great way to detox and get rid of all that "gunk" inside you as well expunge other toxins, but for me, it has left me in nothing but SERIOUS stomach pain in day 2. As far as I know for myself, I will try to detox with other methods - like eating pure, homemade vegetable soup for awhile. The effects of the acidic lemons and the cayenne pepper were just too much for my body to handle (and the salt water was killer)... my poor body.. i guess this just isn't for me. I'm sure I could have suffered through the 10 days, but I honestly don't think it would have been worth it. But seriously, good luck to anyone else who wants to try it!
