The Second Fast - 10 Day Master Cleanse - pre Day 1

Here we go again.......

Boy, I really wanted to update this before today; this is the first day of my second 10 day Master Cleanse. My friend C is once again joining me, and we have a new coworker joining us- M. He's done a 3 day fast before, but he's never done anything close to this, but he likes the lemonaide which is so important. I wonder if he'll make it; I hear when he sets his mind to something he generally follows through, and he's an avid runner that has a very healthy lifestyle, so I'm pretty sure he'll do ok, relatively speaking.

Anyway, it's about 7:15am and I'm having my second tea (my first was last night). I gave up drinking my regular tea on Friday but I'm having a tough time getting going; might be the Monday thing, after all I didn't sleep that well- the dogs kept shifting in the bed all night, lol.

I hear the second time is easier than the first; I hope that's true. Rereading this blog brings the LOLs, and I forgot how much of a roller coaster it was.

Ok, so this time my stats are pretty close to the first time; I weighed myself this morning (for the first time in months I think) and the scale puked back 122.

Here we go!
