day 1 - and so it begins

Did the Smooth Move tea last night and didn't really mind the taste. It actually didn't really have a taste, not sure if I didn't steep it long enough. Results were pretty non eventful. I did have some cramps this morning, but they turned out to be gas. I did go immediately to the bathroom this morning, but it really wasn't much more than I normally do in the morning.
Immediately after, I did the salt water flush. That was not fun, but not unbearable. I only gagged once (ha!) and I did manage to get it all down. Had one BM within ten minutes, but it was next to nothing. That was about 45 minutes ago and I haven't gone again since...not sure where all that water went and why I'm not running for the bathroom yet. We will wait and see. Wondering if because I did eat rather normally yesterday if there's still stuff in my colon that is just soaking up the SWF. Will research that.
After the SWF, I made my first bach of the Lemonade. Took forever to squeeze those lemons by hand since I went ahead and made my full quantity for today. Taste is not bad, but based on what I had previously read it seems that was the consensus. Drinking my first glass now and just waiting to see if there are any other effects of the SWF. As I'm sure you guys are riveted, I will keep ya posted. :)

OK, so the SWF did it's thing about 15 minutes ago and (although I know this is gross) everything was liquid. It was bright yellow too. Not sure what that's all about. Feeling good and not hungry at all.
