Starting over again tommorrow.... Back to Day 1 Well it was my brother's birthday and I just had to break the fast, so I broke it for about two days, but no worries, I'm back on tommorrow, starting brand new with Day 1. I also decided the scale is my enemy, so I'll only weigh myself every 5 days, and keep up the old routine, with 1 hour on the elliptical. Here we go again....
