Day 7 of the juice fasting

Today is day 7 of my new launched juice fasting.
The lenghth of the fasting is not defined. I will stop when I do not feel any pain on my lower back and spine.
Today, I feel a bit tough.I am not feeling well on the liver.It tells me it is in detox. It is so sunny today, I tried to read in the garden under the sunshine and felt very warm.
I decide to allocate a fixed time in the early morning to do prayer and meditation and let holy spirit to guide me to go through all the tests.
Father, guide me and help not put attention to my discomfort but on YOU, your blessing and Love.
