Two Days Before I Begin

I made some juice today to give it a try. It was good. Carrot and Apple

Okay. I have been dieting and exercising since Dec 29th, 2005. At that time I weight 316 lbs. I now weigh 260 lbs. I am proud and happy that I have lost that much the proverbial "Right Way", through diet and exercise and weight lifting. I met someone online and plan on meeting him in late July. I want to lose 30lbs before I go.

I plan on continuing my exercise regimen while doing this fast and spending time in God's word so I can stay on track. This is a tall order, but I know it can be done....I just have to put my mind to it and pray for strength everyday. If any of you out there are praying people, could you say one for me that I stay on this fast and meet my goal? Thank you in advance.

Well, tomorrow is a big day. I graduate college. Then I start my fast on Friday. I hope this is a success story. Wish me luck.
