Dog tired!!!

Know the feeling???
Yesterday I coerced my daughter to lay down for a nap that turned into a 12 hour sleep session on both our parts. I only got down 3 lemonades yesterday accompanied by over 3.5 quarts of water. Not quite the amount I needed, but what can you do??? I sleep when I need it, and my little one apparently need it as well.
I woke this morning at 3:30 am (what an early time to rise) and discovered I was swelling in my hands and feet and around my ankles as well. I decided to give it a break on the SWF for today and opted for the laxitive tea instead. Today I will make sure I get my required amount of water (1/2 your body weight in ounces) and maybe an extra lemonade.
Mom is still fast asleep. She had a terrible headache-y flu-like feeling yesterday. But her symptoms can be easily explained. She's a java-head and didn't cut back on her caffine intake prior to this cleanse. We are both experiencing nicotine withdraws, but the price we are paying now is nothing compared to what we would face in the future if we continued to smoke.
It's a pretty blah day around here. I intend to take my little one outside today to watch the sun rise. I've never allowed her outside that early being that the mosquitos in Florida are extremely relentless. So we'll see how that goes.
