Date: 5/31/2006 5:25:23 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1749 times 3 days into my liquid fast and feeling great! Although I must admit at times i feel like giving up. Sometimes I'm not sure if im doing it for myself or for my love that is coming home from Africa in a week. Perhaps its both.
During the last 2 days i have lost weight. I didnt weight myself, i dont want to. My clothes fit me wonderfully. Not quite like they should, but they will by the end of the week. My last day will be Sunday. If I feel up to it.. i will stick to it for another 3 days. Im sure I will. It feels awesome to look good and not have to struggle putting on a pair of jeans that dont fit. Right now Im wearing my size 7 capris, they are a little tight, but soon they will fit perfect :)
This morning i did my usual routine. No changes. Meditated for a bit, stretched, did my floor workouts for 30 min, cardio 45 min. Was not too motivated like the first 2 days. Had my perfect food, wheatgrass, vitamins, water... My bowels are fine, not bloated, no stomach pains.. well,I am feeling a bit tired at the moment, need to take a nap soon. My body is aching for it. Will be back in the morning :)
