Here i am. Very excited to venture into the world of Orange Juice Fasting. I have undergone the Master Cleanse back in November 2005 for 10 days ..it was the most peaceful relaxing time ....i thought about food alot...but my body was feeling pretty good....i tried to exercise on the energetic days as much as possible...to much of my amazement i was able to lift alot more weight and go longer than on a regular food diet....Soooo we'll see what happens this time...My goal is to lose extra fat...yay every woman's goal...clear up my acne for good....and whatever else i can think of
ok so here goes everyone are you with me??? I will be drinking fresh squeezed orange juice and sometimes rind and all (contains a ton of nutrients) and also pineapple ...pineapple is supposed to totally make the skin glow and get rid of parasites...and you name it ...Also I will be having my different teas and herbs....and my Superfood Green drink by Dr Schulz ...love that stuff...i just ordered some cayenne tincture...which has 250,000 heat units...YOWZER! can you say moi caliente...uhh i hope i spelled that right....I am going to use this blog to update daily on my fast. To see what i have accomplished thus far...feel free to leave comments or whatever .
