Day 6--gym & Tai Chi
Day 6--to eat or not to eat

I don't have that empty feeling I usually had when I didn't eat anything, so it must be the juice I had last night, as it was quite late (9:30 pm) and I have a slow digestion. I know it's kind of ridiculous to say the juice is still not well digested after more than 12 hours, but that's how I feel.
The plan for today is: go to the gym for an hour; clean my room, it's full of all kinds of papers that need ordering; study for my microeconomics exam next week; write two pages about Tai Chi for my Tai Chi class.
I was checking out the menu for tonight at my dining hall (I know I shouldn't...) and they have seafood, which is one of my favorite foods. So I'm debating whether I should go and have it...since it's the last time they will have it this semester (which ends in 2 weeks by the way). I'm being weak, I know...I mean I definitely could ignore the thought and stay in the library or something. The seafood wouldn't be too bad as it doesn't have a lot of carbs or calories, but it would mean I'm not fasting. So it's basically the taste craving again. I'll see how I feel in a few more hours...
