sick to my stomack need lots of words of encouragement......HELP!

sick to my stomack,want to eat but don't want to eat.Shit .I want to make it through this.I did lose 3 1/2 more lbs and maybe that and the fact that my DH spent alot on stuff for me to juice is keeping me from eatting.
