WOW! I can't believe I've actually made it this far. I've attempted so many times and could never make it passed day 3. I feel such a sense of personal accomplishment. Sorry it's been so long on the update but I've been really busy. Inspite of fighting a horrible cold all week, and my "monthly friend" coming to visit starting yesterday, I've been surprisingly energetic. I've only been drinking water, and it's just amazing how your body truly cleans itself. My tongue started to turn white yesterday, and I was so excited....true signs of detox. Also, I had a painful lump (probably a swollen lymph node) in my right arm pit that would continuously bother me, and it has completely gone away. The whites of my eyes are the whitest they've ever been, and the best part of all....I've gone from a size 14 to a size 10!!!!!! Only a hop, skip and a jump away from my 6's!!!! God, it's been so long since I've been in them, but I will be soon. I feel great and I'm going to keep going until I feel otherwise. I will post my tape measurements tomorrow, but as of last night:

Weight: 159 (total loss of 11 lbs.)
Pants: 10 (quite fitting 10, but still a 10)

I hope everyone else is hanging in there! More detailed stats tomorrow.
