Day Two
Pain in the head!
Date: 4/1/2006 10:46:37 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2002 times Today started off as a so-so day. I woke up to some very "lovely" dreams about hamburgers and fries. I guess some part of me really wants to fail because that is usually what happens. Well not this time!
I lost 5lbs. Yes, i got back on the scales about 5 or 6 times and it still said the same thing. We have three scales in the house. They all say something different. Ive chosen to stick with mine even though it reads about 7lbs more than the lowest one. But the thing is that I'm not sure what was lost. I'm sure a lot of it was water weight. Okay, well most of it. I can dream about something other than hamburgers!
Today I had the worst headache. I am more used to sinus headaches. This one exist in the middle of my head. It picks the oddest time to hurt though.
The biggest surprise is that I am actually not cold. I figured by today i would be freezing but nope! I won't be using two blankets tonight! hehe.
There are a lot of draw backs to juicing. I keep realizing more and more everyday. Although, I think in the end it has a lot of advantages. For right now I will leave it at that. I just wish after drinking water and juicing that I didnt have to run to the bathroom like 3 times in a row atleast. Kind of fortunate to have a work place that I can do that.
Anyways. headache is coming back and I'm ready for day 3.
