Morning of Day 2
Good morning everyone!

I did stay strong last night - had a cup of lax tea (hasn't worked yet!) and another cup of relaxing herb tea and went to bed. Yay!
Now, this morning I had a cup of coffee. Not good, I know, but better than my ususal 3-4 cups followed by another 3-4 at work :)I hope soon enough I'll be able to skip all the coffee. Just today wasn't the day. I didn't have any juice left at home and my juicer arrives only tomorrow so I haven't had any juice yet. I'll see if I can find any place with fresh juice today, as I'm at a conference today, it's a small city and don't know much about the places here. If I can't find it, I'll have just water today - maybe even better for speeding up detox.
I did weigh myself this morning. It was 139 lbs. Maybe it was more yesterday, but I don't know and so I say that's my starting weight. I have no idea what to expect to lose - but I'd like to go down to 120 before leaving winter clothes. I'm really short, so actually I should (in the ideal world which does not exist) weigh about 105-110. I've never been that slim tho. So 120 would be really nice to achive.
