Starting Over-Day Three
One step forward and two steps back pretty well describes today.
Date: 5/7/2006 9:35:52 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1949 times Today was one of those one step forward-two steps back days. Early this morning I woke up with an incredible pain in my left leg. Then my knee froze up. I have not been able to walk very well today and that is discouraging. I've spent most of the day either reading or playing on the computer.
My diet has stayed good with the soup for lunch and dinner, followed by a handful of raw pumpkin seeds I had forgotten about. I figures they would compliment the parasite cleanse I'm doing.
I'm still waiting to get the check from selling some stock so I can get my car fixed as soon as possible. I have got to get back into therapy. Its probably just as well I can't travel today, I have been craving sweets and something salty. I do need to get some juice and fruit.
I've got to figure out where I am going to put my inversion table. I am thinking about the living room. The room already looks like a gym with a rebounder, exercise ball, stationary bike, and abdominal rocker. Its a strange decor, but I live alone and it works for me. However, that might explain why I don't get much company.
