Date: 3/31/2006 6:46:00 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2082 times Oh how come my weight is that down!! Unbelievable, but i know most of them are water lost :p
I just mailed my buddy to break-fast together earlier(somehow we have done it already!)
To b honest, I binged eating yesterday morning, and ended up with purging then. Altho i know its totally unhealthy doing those things, but it made me feel less guilty and my stomach may thx me for purging (i dun think my stomach can stand for contain tons of food in it after had been empty with some water for 3 days thru)
what i said, u might think its my excuse, whatever, one thing i get after falling off this long fasting plan, i get a cool buddy.
Is it weird, I feel as if its worth getting a buddy like her and have fasted together, altho we couldnt make 7days-fast thru..
Thx Montana for being here with me, and raise me up whenever im falling down.
It's likely Im glad instead of depressed to not be able to fast till the 7th day. I never go more than 3-4 days water fast. If you have been longer, could u pls tell me how ur feeling was? It'll b very kind of u :) Feel free to message me, altho u had done only 1 day fast.
