Day 6...end of day

A bit more energy

I skin brushed this morning. I'm down 13.4 pounds. I had a bit more energy today, I'm glad because I had a full day. I slept better last night. And this was the first morning that I didn't have a killer headache in 2 weeks!! I still had a mild headache, but so much better than a killer one. WooHoo!

I took my son to have his first foot detox bath and a QXCI session. It went well and very interesting. I think this will help with a lot of problems that we are having. For an 11 yr old, he's got a lot of crap going on in his body; unfortunately. It took 3 hours!

I will be doing water for one more day, then juice for 2 or 3 days, then fruit and veggies. Then we're leaving for a 4 day vacation; this will really be the test for me. I keep talking to myself about how and what I'll be eating. Then a few days after our trip I'll be going back to fasting.
