The night before my fast...

Well I have decided after reading some very inspirational posts that I am aiming for a 24 day fast. I am also hoping to lose 30 pounds and have lost weight before. I have just gained a lot back and have lost control over my eating habits. So lets hope for intestinal cleansing, weight loss, less depression and some size loss around my belly. Wish me luck!
