I took my hoodia pills this morning around 7:00 as well as a Mega woman Vitamin
I plan on fasting while taking this pill to see what kind of results I will get.
The object of the pill is to stop hunger I will be taking the maxium which is 6 pills a day. which only leaves me with 10 days of fasting (so far) depending on my weight loss i will decide to either continue or stop.
so far so good no hunger pangs. at lunch i plan on tanning then when i get back from that i will take another 2 pills.
this morning i had a cup of tea. Fasting tea (to help with my metabolism) apple cider vinager and some natural honey. its to help cleanse while fasting
for lunch i will have another cup of tea, smoothe move.
it is now 11:13 and i think i am feeling a little hunger but not much
i will be fine in 1 hour i will take 2 more i drank 20 oz of water so far.
I did start to get hungry around 12:00 but nothing major...belly just hurt a little, didn't growl or anything but I didn't get any food i just waited until around 12:20 and took 2 more pills...was feeling a little queezy after I drank my tea but nothing to make me want to lay down...and it passed after a couple minutes. i have a little bit of a headache but i am thinking it is more from the tanning lotion...it stinks and is driving me nuts, can't take a shower until i get home...UGH!
i am not going to weight myself right away i think i will wait until Monday which will be day 4 and i will give another update then.
but so far so good...glad i have stuff to do when i get home that way i won't eat
will to 40 minutes on the ellipitical machine as well, 2-20 minute intervals.
