Day 2: Slight Euphoria...
Not much going on yet..
Date: 2/22/2006 12:19:19 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2113 times Okay this happened the last 2 times as well. Day 2 is always a GOOD day. No headaches, no hunger pains, no real lack of energy.
And I went to Karate. It wasn't as bad as I was thinking it would be. I had an episode when I got home from work today of just wanting to kick back and do nothing. But nope, got my butt off that couch and went to class for an hour and a half.
Glad I did too.
Yesterday, on my day off, I ended up going shopping for more Celtic Sea salt at Whole Foods as I was on my last little bit and the rest was going hard and dry. Anyway, they didn't have my brand. I was a bit cheesed for a while so I picked up this French stuff that looked and felt like what I usually buy. It comes in a large plastic bag and I got twice as much for the same price as my usual brand.
Anyway, the point of this was, I used it this morning in my SWF and boy was I EVER surprised. It had an even MILDER taste than Celtic Sea Salt and my intestines just wouldn't quite gurgling this morning. It was like having baking soda and vinegar mixing it up down there. And an hour later.. well.. you ALL know what happens then.
So, I feel quite pleased with this new product.
Tomorrow I fully expect the hunger pangs to hit hard. But I will persevere!!
I suspect I will attempt to hit the gym too. Try to maintain some muscle mass while on this. Karate's not until Thursday..
