I have lost 6 lbs so far. I feel much more limber since the fast and have found it easier to play with my rascally 2 year old. I haven't had a bm in a full day! It's crazy. I don't understand it but I will try and drink more water and try my fiber drink again. I think it has something to do with my digestive system shutting down. I was a bit hungry today than yesterday. I had a better attitude today as yesterday I was a jerk. I have had 3 juices today. Mainly carrot, apple, beet. I wonder if taking 6 tbsp of bentonite yesterday has made a form of hard clay in my intestines? Hmmmm I laid off the bentonite today. I drank about 60 oz's of master cleanse today. I'm looking forward to this weekend for my liver cleanse and my hunger pangs to be non-existant. I thought of smoking today only once. I'm going to be focusing on drinking 4 oz's of wheat grass a day to start that liver on its way to purity.
